ElitesEcom provides e-commerce order management software as a service (SaaS) that enables businesses to manage inventory, process orders, and handle fulfillment across multiple sales channels.
To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy.
You retain ownership of all data you upload to our platform. We only use your data to provide and improve our services.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime. In case of service interruptions, we will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your access to the service will be discontinued.
ElitesEcom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Surat, Gujarat.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes via email or through our platform.
